NRC NOV – NOV (White)

On November 8, 2002, a Notice of Violation was issued for a violation involving a white SDP finding involving a moderate degradation of the control room west wall fire barrier. The violation cited the Entergy's failure from the time of initial construction in 1978 to August 2002, to implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the NRC-approved fire protection program.
